- Usage: With clean hands, fold and insert into the vagina. Once fully inserted, the menstrual cup will naturally unfold in the vagina, where it will collect menstrual blood for about 8-12 hours until removed to empty.
- Cleaning method: Avoid using corrosive cleaning liquids or brushes like Dettol or alcohol. Rinse with boiled or distilled water, or sterilize with boiling water for 3-5 minutes. It can also be soaked with Milton sterilizing tablets in a sterilizing cup.
