Precautions:
- Before first use, please clean thoroughly with a sponge and neutral detergent.
- When removing the cup lid, it must be rotated; do not pull it straight off.
- This product is designed as a replacement for conventional disposable beverage containers on the market and can be reused. Please do not use it for holding high-temperature foods (like fried foods, etc.) to avoid instantaneous high temperatures causing damage or deformation. Also, avoid holding non-potable liquids, such as liquid fuels and other flammable or corrosive chemicals.
- The soft material of the cup body is designed to be thinner for better folding operation, so it is recommended to use at temperatures below 95 degrees Celsius to avoid long-term high temperatures leading to deformation.
- When holding hot drinks, grasp the insulation sleeve to avoid burns.
- After use, please clean thoroughly with a sponge and neutral detergent. Do not use abrasive cloths or steel brushes for cleaning to avoid scratching the product, which can cause bacterial growth or grime buildup.
- If not cleaned immediately after use, coffee or tea stains may appear; apply a paste made of baking soda and water, then rinse with clean water to reduce residual staining. Please avoid holding heavily artificially colored beverages to minimize serious staining of the soft parts.
- After the product has been cleaned and used, try to maintain it in an extended state to air dry, to avoid bacteria growth or mold due to moisture remaining inside the cup.
- It is normal for the soft part of the cup body to have folds or distortion after use; you can rub the soft middle section with both hands to reduce the folds and help it regain shape. (Detailed operation can be seen in the instructions diagram)
- When holding hot drinks, be cautious of the temperature of the beverage inside the cup and ensure the lid is tightly secured to avoid burns. Filling a sealed cup with hot drinks will cause increased pressure inside the cup; tilting or shaking may cause leakage; when the internal temperature exceeds 60 degrees Celsius, the sipping hole or straw hole should be opened to reduce pressure.
- This product does not have cooling or thermal insulation functions.
- Avoid exposing this product to strong sunlight or high/low-temperature environments for extended periods.
- This product is not completely sealed; do not place it in a bag while holding liquids to avoid squeezing that could cause contents to leak or the stopper to detach.
- Please do not use sharp tools to puncture or damage the soft part of the cup body, to avoid product damage.
- As the sipping hole is relatively small, it’s recommended to insert the cup stopper into the boba hole for fixation when riding a motorcycle or walking; if the boba hole already has a straw inserted, it’s recommended to store the stopper separately to avoid losing it during movement due to vibrations.
