Notes:
- After insertion, the ideal distance from the bottom of the cup to the vaginal opening is about 20-25mm*. It should not feel foreign. If discomfort occurs after correct placement due to the cup being too long (for example, if the stem is protruding and causing vaginal discomfort), you can trim the tail end a little bit according to the indentation marking and try again
- Avoid using corrosive cleaning liquids such as Dettol or alcohol, or brushes for cleaning
