Washing instructions:
- Please use a neutral detergent.
- You may add one or two teaspoons of baking soda and soak in ‘cold water’ for cleaning. (Before soaking, rinse the cloth pad under running water to wash away most of the blood! Stains that cannot be rinsed off will come off easily when soaked in cold water!)
- Plant dyes prefer natural washing agents; it is recommended to use a natural gentle household soap.
- If using regular detergents or soaps, do not apply them directly on the plant-dyed fabric; please dilute and create a soapy water solution, then use the soapy water for scrubbing. Do not scrub the plant-dyed fabric directly with a brush.
- Natural plant dyes may bleed slightly when first used; this is a natural phenomenon! Please do not worry.
