如何使用：

  1. 首先清潔臉部，然後使用臉部精油或精華液為皮膚做好準備。
  2. 將其最長的一側垂直並平貼在您的臉上，慢慢地將工具向外拖向你的耳朵。每邊重複 5-10 次。在額頭兩側重複上述步驟。
  3. 用有凹口的一側，從眉內角慢慢拖動，慢慢向外移動至太陽穴。每邊重複 5-10 次。
  4. 用相同的凹口一側，移動到蘋果肌，沿著顴骨向上直到太陽穴。每邊重複 5-10 次。
  5. 移動到下巴線，使用刮痧板的凹口端，從下巴中間開始，慢慢向上移動到耳朵，特別注意任何繃緊的區域。每邊重複 5-10 次。
  6. 對於眼睛下方區域，輕輕地將刮痧從內眼角向外移動到太陽穴的圓角處。由於該區域非常敏感，因此僅需要施加輕微壓力，不宜過度用力。
