“Yuet Wo Sauce Garden” was established in Hong Kong in 1945 by the brothers of the Pang clan in Foshan, Guangdong. It is the only sauce garden in Hong Kong with its own steam and brewery. It produces all kinds of wine, vinegar, soy sauce and various condiments to supply various industries in Hong Kong. It has been more than half a century. At present, the store is still located in Tsuen Wan Market Street, serving the residents of Tsuen Wan and local residents. However, in response to the needs of business development, the factory moved to Sheung Shui in 1973 and continued to manufacture various condiments and sauces for various restaurants and merchants in Hong Kong. The company was converted into a limited company in April 2009, and has passed the ISO 9001: 2008 international quality management system and successfully obtained the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) certificate in June 2012. This set of monitoring standards of food safety is approved by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization and the World Health Organization.
