Washing Method
- First, rinse the surface blood with cold water or directly under a shower, then use a natural ingredient cleaning agent to gently rub until foamy, keeping it in a foamy state while soaking in cold water. It is also recommended to add a little baking soda or sodium percarbonate to enhance the stain removal effect. Once the blood stains have almost come off, you can take it out to hand wash or place it in a washing bag to wash in a washing machine. (Note: Do not tumble dry at high temperatures, do not use fabric softeners)
- In order to maintain the benefits of organic cotton suitable for sensitive skin, GladRags uses 100% organic pure cotton, with no dyed organic cotton or potential for pigment accumulation, but it is not unclean. If you are easily bothered by the “possible” remaining colors causing psychological discomfort, it is recommended to purchase the black version or consider other materials like polyester fiber for menstrual products.
Notes
- Fabric products may have dimensional discrepancies due to fabric cutting and sewing
- Brown spots may appear on organic cotton fabric, which is a natural phenomenon of the organic cotton plant’s stem and leaf tissues, and will reduce with washing
- To avoid fading and achieve better hygiene, it is recommended to wash separately by hand
- Do not tumble dry or iron, as this will damage the product; avoid using bleach and fabric softeners or chemical cleaners and essential oils, to prevent damage to the absorbent layer and possible sensitivity issues
- Avoid vigorous scrubbing and wringing to prevent accelerated wear
- The usage method for cloth sanitary pads is the same as regular sanitary pads, needing to be changed approximately every 2-6 hours to maintain hygiene
- All cloth products do not have adhesive functionality and are primarily fixed to underwear with buttons or other methods, so when used with different underwear, some shifting may occur. It is advised to wear more fitted underwear to help secure them in place.
