關於 Conspiracy Chocolate
來自瑞士及以色列的居港外籍情侶 ,以瑞士傳統朱古力工藝結合各式各類的地中海香料,創作出多款獨特口味的 bean to bar 工藝製作手工朱古力:從可可豆開始直接製作,只用可可豆和有機蔗糖,不加任何添加劑,達到75%或以上的可可濃度;於西營盤小規模生產,製作需時,每一塊朱古力由炒豆、磨豆到製成,至少五日時間,絕對是誠意之作。可可豆是來自越南一個叫Dak Lak的地方,向當地一個特定的農夫直接取貨,越南可可豆比一般可可豆更有舒適的土壤氣息,而且產地接近香港,更新鮮。
Black Sesame
The Black Sesame bar is a hint to the traditional Tong Yuen dessert, a sweet black sesame caramel with a hint of cured tangerine peel (chenpi) to round off the flavour.
This bar brings a sweet and comforting bite. Perfect for cold winter days, to be shared with family and friends.

Storage suggestion
Store in a cool dry place away from the light. Ideal temperature is 12-20 degrees. If some spotes or a white film appears on the bar, it is not mould, it is simply the cacao butter that comes at the surface of the bar due to changes of temperature and/or humidity. It is still perfectly delicious to eat.
