Official recommended method for choosing from the four specifications of the moon brewing cup
- Please choose the appropriate cup based on your menstrual flow, vaginal length, acceptable softness and hardness of the cup, and different usage occasions.
- For example: If you feel the lower pull ring is too long while using a standard cup, please switch to a fuller moon cup with a flatter pull ring design.
- If carrying out is inconvenient, you may choose to use the folding cup.
- If the flow is lighter during the last few days of the period, it is recommended to switch to the teaching cup.
Official recommended method for choosing between the menstrual type and soft type
- Soft type cups are only recommended in the following special circumstances:
- If you are very afraid of the feeling of inserting or removing the menstrual cup
- If you have used a menstrual cup but felt pressure on the urethra or rectum, and moving the cup did not improve the situation
- If you have weak pelvic floor muscles

- If you experience difficulty urinating or having a bowel movement after insertion, it may be pressing against adjacent urethra or rectum; please slightly adjust the position of the cup or switch to a softer cup.
- For women with an intrauterine device, be sure to press the rim of the cup to release the vacuum before removing it.
