Directions for Use
Suitable for: Washable fabrics such as cotton, linen, synthetic fibers, and blends. Not suitable for: Delicate fabrics such as silk and wool. Test on an inconspicuous area of the garment first by pressing gently with a white cloth, and check for color fading after 5 minutes. Please follow the care label instructions. Usage: 20~60°C

Frequently Asked Questions
How to deal with extremely stubborn bad odors?
We recommend pre-treating the smelly areas first. Apply a small amount directly to the stain, rub gently, soak for 30 minutes, and then run a standard machine wash at 40°C. Dry immediately after washing. If necessary, you can wash it twice consecutively.
Can it be used to hand wash underwear?
Yes. The formula can be used in cold water and is highly suitable for hand washing regular cotton or synthetic underwear. Please wear gloves when hand washing. Do not use on clothes containing animal fibers such as silk, leather, down, etc.
Can it be used on delicate fabrics?
No. Please do not use it on silk, wool, or non-washable fabrics.
Will it cause clothes to fade?
Generally, no. The product uses a gentle formula and cellulase to help protect colors, and it does not contain bleach or common ingredients that cause color fading. However, since there is a vast variety of fabrics, some color-prone garments might experience slight fading during the washing process. Therefore, please be sure to follow the care label instructions, ensure it is used on washable clothes, and test it on an inconspicuous area first by pressing lightly with a white cloth and checking for fading after 5 minutes. Quick tip: Washing dark and light clothes separately, sorting by material, and washing at 30°C are all good ways to protect fabric colors.
Can it be used to wash baby clothes?
Please reduce the dosage by 50%. Since babies produce far less dirt than adults, the concentrated detergent might cause excessive foaming or residue issues. When washing baby clothes, please reduce the amount by half and use an Extra Rinse cycle to prevent any residue. Reference dosage for 2-3 days of baby clothes (approx. 1-2Kg): European front-loaders 5mL / Japanese top-loaders 10mL.
Can it be used to wash pet supplies?
Yes. The fragrance-free formula, combined with 8 different active enzymes, is highly effective in treating pet stains, including secretions, urine stains, or saliva stains. For visibly dirty spots, apply a small amount directly to the stain, rub gently, leave for 5 minutes, and then wash as usual. Can it be used to wash sportswear? Absolutely! The high-efficiency protease + DNase can break down sweat odors and stains much more effectively. For synthetic fibers, we recommend using a 40°C water temperature and avoiding fabric softeners.
