- Usage: Fold and insert into the vagina with clean hands. Once fully inserted, the menstrual cup will naturally open in the vagina, where it can collect menstrual flow for about 8-12 hours, until it is taken out to empty the menstrual fluid.
- Cleaning method: Avoid using corrosive cleaning liquids or brushes such as Dettol and alcohol. It can be rinsed with boiled water/distilled water or sterilized in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, or it can be soaked with Milton sterilization tablets in a sterilizing cup.
